Wise May are looking for a Personal Assistant to join an Accountancy firm based in Waterloo.

This is a part time position working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week (with 1 day per week WFH).

Duties to include:

  • To provide support to the partners including diary and email management.
  • Arrange external and internal meetings
  • Setting up the meeting rooms for internal meetings
  • Field telephone calls
  • Arranging couriers & DHL’s
  • Booking and organising personal matters for the partners
  • Completing both partners expenses and the teams expenses
  • Preparation of engagement letters
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Password protecting documents for staff
  • liaising with HMRC with regards to various corporation tax matters
  • Drafting a standard reply letters
  • Draft and forward fee notes to clients
  • Proformas/Reports for new clients.
  • WIP management

3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) , 08:30-17:30.
