Part Time Payroll Manager - 12 month FTC

£45,000-50,000 FTE (based on experience)

Join a dynamic and friendly team as a Part-Time Payroll Manager! If you're looking to showcase your payroll expertise in a supportive and engaging environment, look no further.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for running payroll on a monthly basis, collaborating closely with the HR Manager to ensure accurate compensation for our close to 100 employees. In addition to routine processing, you will also play a key role in preparing for an upcoming transition to a new payroll system, as well as supporting the annual compensation review.

This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months, based in our central Bristol office. We understand the importance of work-life balance, so we offer flexibility in work patterns, with around 2 to 3 days of work per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end payroll monthly.
  • Process pensions.
  • Provide expert guidance and adhere to best practises.
  • Offer broader support during annual compensation review.

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on payroll experience (ideally Sage 50 Payroll).
  • Expert knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
