Part-time Payroll Clerk
Our client is an established firm of Accountants looking for someone to undertake payroll on a part-time basis. Duties will include:
- End to end weekly and monthly payroll duties
- Collating payroll timesheets and entering on to systems
- Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP
- Processing statutory deductions
- Processing bonuses and commissions
- Liaising with HMRC including real time submission
- Processing starters and leavers
- Pension administration
The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience working within a firm of Accountants or payroll bureau would be highly beneficial, however the firm can consider those with strong payroll experience from a general background as well.
