Meraki Talent are recruiting a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join our team. The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analyses as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll administration.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
