Our fantastic, growing client in Quedgeley, is looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Although office experience is a bonus, payroll experience is not at all necessary for this role, as there is full and thorough training provided. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team environment around you as you learn the role over time until you eventually will know how to run payroll from start to finish.
You will generally work around 15 hours per week, increased hours may well be required during staff holidays.
Responsibilities
Daily duties include:
-Checking timesheets.
-Manually entering mileage/ expenses.
-Rejecting incorrect timesheets.
-Communicating via phone or email with other offices to discuss any amendments to be made by the temp or by the client.
- Entering hours manually onto our payroll software.
Weekly duties include:
-Setting up new workers on database and system.
-Dealing with training deductions.
-Checking invoices.
-Creating Excel files with invoicing details on (for client or for internal use).
-Dealing with temp worker’s P45’s.
Hours: Ideally Monday and Tuesday 9-5 (office based). Flexibility is key to cover extra hours over staff holidays, bank holiday weeks.
