Morgan McKinley is looking for a part time Office Manager to join a successful team in an office based in the Hassocks area. The role is fully office based, so lots of socialising with your colleagues!

Job Title - Office Manager

Length - Permanent / Part time OFFICE BASED

Hours: 25hrs spread across 3-4days - flexible hours

Salary - £28k

Location - Hassocks area

DESCRIPTION:

Office Manager duties:

  • Manage general admin tasks
  • Oversee social media updates
  • Maintain clients records
  • Manage employee holiday programs and personnel files
  • Update admin procedures and oversee purchasing
  • Handle supplier invoices and reconcile statements

The ideal Office Manager will have/ be:

  • Previous administrative experience as office manager or in a similar position
  • Disciplined
  • Great written and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
