SF Recruitment is currently for a creative, vibrant Part Time Marketing Manager (20hrs) to join one of our key clients. This is a full time, permanent role based in Nottingham.

The role is in the ideal location for candidates based in Long Eaton, Beeston, Chilwell and the surrounding areas.

The ideal working hours are 20hrs per week across 4 days. The client would also look at 3 full days if this would suit the ideal candidate better.

My client are flexible on the working hours per day.

As the Marketing Manager your primary responsibility will be to work to implement the long and short term engagement strategies.

A keen eye for detail and creative flair are key to this role.

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for marketing and who has demonstrated an ability to translate this into engaging content.

This is a new role that you can make your own – the role will be suitable for a hands-on individual, comfortable and confident working on their own initiative and collaboratively with the Director.

It is essential you have previous Marketing experience to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities Include:
• Establish and lead the marketing function for the company by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, market changes and competitor activities.
• Uphold and enhance brand identity, by ensuring the unique value proposition is well communicated online via our website, online promotions, and social media channels.
• Craft compelling content and execute marketing campaigns that will have a meaningful impact on our business results. This includes producing promotional materials, case studies and sales enablement resources.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with all relevant business departments e.g. sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Analytics and reporting: utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Present regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
• Budget management: ensure optimal allocation of resources and monitor expenses and ROI to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborating with the marketing team at group level to ensure the business remains faithful to the brand, positioning, and narrative of the group.
• Play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team to assist the business with marketing activities and ensure alignment with the broader strategic direction and vision of the company.

Skills:
• Strong background in management of marketing communications, budget and project management.
• Experience and confidence in marketing B2B technology businesses, ideally in high-end value solutions.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• An excellent track record in B2B marketing of high-end value solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills to build strong and collaborative relationships internally and with external partners.
• Agility, energy, passion, personality, and work ethic required to flourish within a driven, technically smart and emotionally intelligent company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to project deadlines.
• Hands-on skills in copywriting and website content management

Working Hours: 20 hrs per week.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Pro Rata)
