KS2 (YEAR 5 / YEAR 6) TEACHER - SOUTH CUMBRIA - SUMMER TERM

STARTS MONDAY 15TH APRIL 2024

A primary school in the South Cumbria area are looking for a part time teacher to job share with their current Year 5/6 Teacher.

The position will be working 5 afternoons per week. Monday to Thursday will be in Year 5/6 and Friday will be in their Year 3 class.

SATs preparation will be carried out by the current class teacher, leaving the PMs for topic and non-core subjects.

The role is to start from Monday 15th April and will continue to the end if the academic year, 31st July 2024.

Both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. Additional mornings could be available on an ad hoc basis to provide continuity for the class and school. An excellent opportunity for anyone who is available next term and looking for part time position in a very supportive and successful primary school.

Candidate Requirements:

  • QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS, QTS
  • EXPERIENCE OF TEACHING KS2. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILDREN IN YOUR CARE.
  • AVAILABLE FOR THE DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT
