My client is a well-established, Chartered Independent, IFA Firm in London, who are looking to take on a versatile part-time IFA Administrator with experience in Wealth Management. This role will be remote and part time (hours 9am - 1pm, Mon- Fri) working in a fantastic team who need your skills as an IFA Administrator and willing to be flexible with hours.

You will be supporting the Adviser and paraplanners with administration across pensions, investments, and protection. The role is varied, and you will be dealing with 3rd party providers, illustrations, LOA; s and valuations and ensuring all documentation is compliant.

The Company offers excellent benefits. Please note you MUST have experience in Wealth Management as an IFA Administrator, it is key for the client you are able to demonstrate your skills and capabilities. You must have excellent communication and written skills, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Wealth Management.
