Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, now at the point where they need someone to look after all aspects of HR!

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively manage HR processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
