Part Time HR Advisor (22.5 hours), Beaconsfield, Hybrid Working, £35,000-£40,000 (FTE)

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR candidate to join a small healthcare organisation. This will be a standalone role so you must be a confident HR generalist. They are looking for someone to join on a part time basis across 3 days!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

• Support with employee relations
• Assist with annual policy and procedures updates
• Full recruitment cycle
• Onboarding
• Day to day payroll management
• Assist with company benefits management
• Managing the HR system
• Conduct exit interviews

What experience do you need?

• Previous HR generalist experience  
• CIPD or equivalent
• Confident communicator
• Understanding of UK employment Law
