Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging career in the charity sector? Do you have excellent administrative and organisational skills? If yes, then you might be the perfect candidate for the part time admin position based in Leeds on a temp basis, a leading charity that supports vulnerable people in the UK.

Salary: £12  per hour.

Temp initially

Working hours: 25 hours per week ideally 4-5 days a week Monday to Friday

Location: LS12

As a full time admin, you will be responsible for:

  • General HR administration
  • Note taking
  • Minute taking for meetings
  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Communicating with staff and inputting data
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • A passion for helping others and making a difference
