A highly innovative energy company in the sustainability sector are looking for a Financial Controller 4 days a week. The business are revenue generating but on their path to profit and need reporting processes and strategic influence from finance.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, a dynamic professional from a scientific background, this role is full ownership of finance processes, building the team as the company grows.
Duties include

• Full financial reporting responsibility
• Management of the Accounts Assistant
• Working with external bodies
• Audit liaison
• Strategic input with ops function and working closely with CEO
• Highly dynamic growth environment

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be passionate about working in a scale up business who have really found their place after being established for 10 years. This role would suit someone passionate about process improvement, team building and the sustainability sector.
