We are looking for passionate candidate to work alongside a charitable organisation in the Wokingham area. The successful candidate will be working part-time on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to provide vital support to the Line Manager in coordinating and executing activities and events. This fantastic opportunity operates in a supportive and fast paced environment for an organisation at the heart of 'giving back’ to the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with donors, sponsors and supporters through personalised communication, acknowledgements and thank you letters
  • Assist the fundraising manager in developing and executing fundraising campaigns, events and activities to meetfundraising targets
  • Coordinating the logistics of events - online bookings, venue booking, vendor management, volunteer coordination
  • Maintain accurate donor records and databases
  • Assist research on potential donors , grant opportunities, corporate sponsors and fundraising trends
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content and email campaigns
  • Providing adhoc administrative support for the Fundraising Manager

Requirements:

  • Focused on customer service and consistently achieving high standards
  • Proven experience in events, fundraising or marketing preferred
  • IT proficient
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full Driver’s License
