3-4 days per week

Colchester or Epping based (with 2 days from home once settled)

Up to £20 per hour

Starting 15th April, for 5-6 months initially

I’m really exciting to be working with a wonderful charity – one that is close to many peoples’ hearts and who do an amazing job at working alongside the NHS.

They are looking for a Part time EA to support their Development Board, reporting into the Fundraising Director, and to assist with the organization of a number of exciting upcoming fundraising events.

This role will include occasional weekend work when some events are held, but once established in the role, there will be the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. With offices in both Colchester and Epping, they are completely open as to where the successful EA is based.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Executive support to the Development Board including organizing meetings, circulating minutes and produce basic monthly reports etc.
  • Manage fundraising events from start to finish, including invitations, managing the guest lists, event plans, briefings, pre and post event communications
  • Maintain CRM records, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times


WHO YOU ARE:

An EA with experience of arranging events from start to finish, within not for profit / charity would be highly advantageous

Happy to work 3-4 days per week

Experience of supporting at a Senior Director level

Excellent communication skills; written, over the phone and in-person is a must

Ability to work independently and with excellent attention to detail

Flexibility to work about 3 weekend dates during the 5-6 months is imperative
