As a Part-Time Court of Protection Case Worker (Executive/Paralegal/Legal Assistant), you will be a key component in the firm’s commitment to providing excellence in client service.
  
Position Details:
  • Location: Canterbury
  • Working Days: 2-3 days per week
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
  • Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 pro rata

Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Court of Protection Case Worker (Executive/Paralegal/Legal Assistant), your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining updated spreadsheets related to client matters
  • Managing assets documentation and records
  • Supporting the Court of Protection solicitor with day-to-day client affairs
  • Liaising with families, care providers, and utility companies
