About the Role: We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented and proactive Portfolio Coordinator to work closely with the Core Portfolio Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional coordination and administration of key events and processes, thereby optimising efficiency for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Core Portfolio Manager in executing critical team events with flawless preparation and diligent follow-up.
  • Provide top-notch administrative and organisational support for designated processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Serve as a deputy for the Core Portfolio Manager as needed, managing issues with stakeholders and teams in collaboration with the management team.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders, internal teams, and service delivery partners.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Coordinate essential events, ensuring detailed preparation and effective follow-up.
  • Support in administering key processes, enhancing communication and operational efficiency.
  • Manage documentation, updates, and communications, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Perform a variety of ad hoc duties to facilitate the smooth operation of portfolio management processes.

Candidate Essentials:

  • Superior organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Proficiency in administration, including expert management of meetings and action tracking.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Technology/IT environment.
  • Knowledge in managing data extracts and reporting.
