Job Title: Part-time Bookkeeper
Location: Banbury


Job Description:

As a Part-time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with QuickBooks and possess strong organisational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexible availability, ideally 3 days a week from approximately 10 am to 2 pm.
