This is an exciting opportunity available due to company growth, you will be office based in Cambridge. The company are looking for a part-time Administrator, with flexibility around hours, plus with the potential to increase hours as the role progresses. This is a Monday to Friday permanent opportunity. Although you will be within a team of 2 others, you must be comfortable working alone as this will be the arrangement most days.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering calls and emails as the first point of contact for the business
  • Assist with diary management
  • Contact existing and new leads over the telephone and through email and then scheduling relevant appointments within our service management software and with the correct team member.
  • Maintaining and growing the social media presence of the business.
  • Create competitive and accurate proposals
  • Follow up on quotations and log details on the system
  • Review previous works orders and update the relevant customers and team members
  • Ensure safety certificates are delivered to the office by the engineers and then checking and processing the certificates accurately

As this is a newly created position, you will need to be adaptable and flexible to the role and duties, as they may change over time. Ideally you will have experience of working with contractors and engineers within the property industry, although this is not essential. The FTE salary is £24,000, this will be pro-rata based on your hours which can be discussed in more detail.
