Key Responsibilities of a Part Time Administrator

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Sales admin - welcome emails, order processing, order acknowledgement, commercial invoices, despatch notification etc.
  • Tracking orders through TNT & DHL
  • Despatching goods from Sage
  • Working with Zoho database
  • Debtor chasing
  • Monthly statements
  • Filing
  • Insurance (annual)
  • Office admin - stationery, servicing, utility contracts
  • Office logistics

Key Competencies of a Part Time Administrator

  • Excellent numerical and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
  • Proactive, problem solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Sage
