We are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established building contractor based in Oxford who are seeking an experienced Part time Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

About the role:

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and callers
  • Administration of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping office supplies stocked
  • Assisting with correspondence and emails for directors
  • Archiving of completed projects and accounts information, and maintaining records

The Person

Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team as required

Ability to work in a timely manner

Good IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages

The ideal applicant will be able to work 25 hours however, our client is flexible how you work them as long as it is during the office working hours.
