Part-Time Administrator

Permanent opportunity to join our client who are a well-established, thriving estate agents based in Newent. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their existing supportive and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.

- Deal with customers and clients via telephone and email.

- Greet office visitors and take walk in enquiries.

- General office administration to support Sales Negotiators and wider team.

- Manage team diaries.

- Manage property adverts both online and in office display.

- Ensure office supplies fully stocked.

- Progress house sales at varying stages of the process, chasing vendors/buyers/chains/solicitors.

- Take note of and invoice for solicitor referrals.

- Schedule EPC check ins.

- Maintain company files and regulatory documentation up to date.

- Maintain petty cash.

- Distribute mailing letters.

- Any other duties to support the running of the office and sales process.

Candidate Attributes:

- Strong organisational skills.

- Ability to prioritise and time manage.

- Excellent telephone manner, good command of both written and spoken English.

- Professional appearance.

Salary: £12+ per hour PLUS generous team bonuses and commission for referrals and successful chased sales.

Hours: 3-4 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, Friday and alternate Saturdays 9:00am- 5:30pm
