This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-orientated Part-time Administrator in the leisure, travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of a golf course in Stockport.

Our client is a well-established golf course in Stockport, known for its top-notch facilities and exceptional customer service. With a medium-sized team, they manage all aspects of the golf course, from ground maintenance to event planning, ensuring an exceptional experience for their members and guests.

Description

Managing schedules, appointments, and bookings for the golf course
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintaining records and databases related to memberships and bookings
Processing payments and invoices
Assisting with marketing activities, such as social media updates and newsletter circulation
Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed

Profile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in Xero Accounting Software or Similar
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Good Customer Service Experience
