Part time Accounts Administrator

Our client is currently looking for a part time Accounts Administrator who is looking to work 3 days a week. Due to the location of this role, you must have your own transport.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing monthly payments
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Inputting delivery notes onto the transport system
  • Credit control duties
  • Processing customer receipts
  • Scanning and filing invoices
  • Supplying remittances and statements
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Dealing with incoming queries from both customers and suppliers
