Part-Time Accountant

Creative Agency | 1 day a week | Oxford Circus | Remote (occasional day on site) | 30-40k

A fantastic, award winning advertising and production services agency are on the search for a part-time bookkeeper to support them 1 day a week on a permanent basis.

Perfect for an experienced bookkeeper or finance assistant in search of flexible work, this role will support transactional finance from chasing debtors to reconciling invoices.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Process payments of supplier invoices in a timely fashion
  • Regular reconciliation of supplier statements against aged creditors
  • Work with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Monitor and manage the credit control process, including invoicing, payment allocation, and debt collection
  • Pro-actively contact clients to chase outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues promptly

The Person

  • Proactive individual with great attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with non-financial staff at different seniority levels
  • Previous experience working in a similar role for a creative services agency is highly advantageous
  • Strong Excel knowledge (pivot tables, v-lookups etc)
