Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Due to a recent increase in sustainable workload, Lawray Architects is seeking an experiencedPart 2 Architectural Assistantto join our Cardiff team.

We are currently located in CF15 7AB, with exciting plans to relocate to a vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff within the next 12 months!

Role Summary

You will be directly involved in all stages of architectural projects in the education, residential, commercial, bluelight and industrial sectors, and you will be key in supporting our working relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.

Skills and Experience

• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Revit essential.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking.
• An enthusiastic attitude and a collaborative approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations.
