What you will do 

Join our team to coordinate support services for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members Security Support Services (MSSS), and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). You'll ensure exceptional customer service and uphold KPIs and SLAs while overseeing the complete sales process, from approvals to supplier interactions.

How you will do it 

  • Maintain close relationship with MPs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

  • Direct coordination of programs and achievement of KPIs.

  • Plan and schedule service delivery and installations.

  • Coordinate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

  • Manage workloads and escalate issues as needed.

  • Promote company culture and contribute to team development

What we look for 

Experience

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, meeting targets, and networking.

  • Strong operational and financial acumen preferred.

Knowledge

  • Proficient in PC literacy and Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with internal applications and SharePoint.

Competencies

  • Integrity, customer focus, and managerial courage.

  • Drive for results, action-oriented, and creative.

  • Effective in organizing, prioritizing, and managing processes.

  • Proficient in written communication and time management.
