Job Title: Paraplanner
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Oxfordshire
An Independent Financial Planning firm with a fantastic reputation in offering a comprehensive financial advice service including, Pensions, Investment and IHT services are on the lookout for a Paraplanner to join their growing team.
They have won several awards and are recognised as a Chartered practice as well as being a growing name in the Wealth Management Market. They pride themselves on their technical, professional service which is tailored to each client’s needs. The role would include writing suitability reports, cash-flow forecasting, complex research and dealing with new and existing clients whilst working closely with the firm’s financial planners.
They have a friendly, teamwork-orientated culture and the office has ample parking. There is a competitive benefits package, including exam support and a very flexible working structure as well.

The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
- Experience working with an IFA or Wealth Management firm and experience in writing tailored suitability reports for various clients.
- A desire and interest to continue developing your skillset.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to deal with clients in a professional, personable manner.
- Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
