Due to continued success, our clients, an independent practice in West Yorkshire, are looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join their team in the Leeds area.

This is a diverse role working within a great team and will see the successful individual be offered a generous salary plus a range of benefits.

The successful Paraplanner will be offered: 

  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Health package

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Requirements for the role of Paraplanner:

  • Ideally qualified (minimum RO1)
  • Experience in role
  • Strong ability to write reports
  • Good technical knowledge

Paraplanner responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Financial Adviser/Planner in establishing new client relationships.
  • Assessing clients’ financial circumstances.
  • Preparing financial statements to support the development of clients’ financial strategies.
  • Carry out research and analyse products and services that are appropriate to each client’s financial circumstances.
  • Propose and draft financial solutions that meet clients’ goals, needs and objectives.
  • Assist with the accurate completion of application and proposal forms.
  • Implement actions such as changing existing investment holdings and policy information, as directed by the Financial Adviser/Planner.
  • Support the ongoing client relationship, including maintaining a client file review system to regularly assess client holdings and changing financial priorities.
