Paraplanner

The Company: Extremely well-respected, client-centric focused IFA firm based in North Leeds looking to add a Paraplanner to their adviser support team:

• Office Location: Guiseley, North Leeds
• Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office based

Package: £34-37k base DOE + bonus & full company benefits

• Benefits: Standard contributory pension, death in service plus medical/healthcare scheme
• Holidays: 25 days holiday + stats
• Working week: 35hrs p/w

The Role: A broad, private wealth focused Paraplanning role geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers working in HNW circles:

• Analysis of existing portfolio and undertaking research to obtain suitable solutions in the market which can improve the client(s) position
• Preparing suitability reports to reflect the client(s) current standing and recommending appropriate changes to meet their objectives
• Producing relevant and accurate documentation at each stage of the process
• Building and maintaining cashflow analysis
• Attending and participating in client meetings with the adviser
• Liaising with the Financial Services Administrator regarding letters of authority, obtaining illustrations, updating client records etc

The Person: Will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and have paraplanning exposure supporting IFA’s/financial planners:

• Required: Part-Qualified Diploma minimum, ideally QCF Level 4 qualified
• Required: 2 years + experience in a paraplanning role
• Required: Exposure to investments, pensions and protection casework
