A well-established Financial Planning firm, who pride themselves on tailored, specialist Financial Advice are continuing to grow and is now looking to bolster their back-office team with a technical professional.

Providing technical support across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning, this role will be varied and would suit someone who is really looking to utilise their knowledge in an independent firm.

The role would involve risk profiling, providing technical recommendations and suitability report writing, product research and working closely with the firms Financial Planners. There is an experienced administrative team who will also take care of some of the back-office work for you.

Due to it being fast paced in a smaller, growing firm, this would suit someone who is technically minded and is able to prioritise work well, whilst working in a team-based environment.

The Required Skills:

• Experience working within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management Firm is essential.
• An understanding of paraplanning with experience compiling Suitability report writing is desirable.
• Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally.
• A good understand and knowledge around pensions and investments
• Systems knowledge of Transact, Advisor Office and Truth would be highly advantageous
