Paraplanner

We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join a busy Financial Planning department in Taunton.

You will be part of a successful paraplanning team, researching, preparing, and writing reports to assist the thriving IFA's that are employed by the business. You will also support more junior paraplanners, helping them to progress into fully competent successful paraplanners themselves.

What we need from you

• Client centric attitude
• Dip PFS or equivalent level 4 qualification
• Ideally at least 2-3 years of previous experience in paraplanning
• Great communication skills, and the ability to work within a team
• A sound knowledge of investments, pensions, IHT planning, trusts and centralised investment propositions.
• Confidence in using IT software. Experience of using Intelligent Office would be advantageous, as well as experience of using tools such as FE Analytics, Selectapension, Voyant and Cashcalc
