We are currently working with an international Wealth and Investment Management business to recruit for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in the busy Birmingham office.
Due to ongoing expansion over the past couple of years, the firm now requires a professional candidate with Paraplanning experience in the financial planning or wealth management sector to join the business to provide report writing and research assistance to the Financial Planners in Birmingham.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' previous experience as a Paraplanner
- Excellent report writing skills
- Candidates will ideally be Diploma qualified as a minimum, although experienced individuals studying towards this will be considered
Key tasks and responsibilities within this role will include:
- Carry out research on a full range of financial planning products and services including pensions, life insurance, tax planning and investment management
- Prepare client centric suitability reports and other documentation, adhering to the Company’s processes and compliance framework.
- Be proactive in supporting the Wealth Planners and take the initiative to maintain your technical knowledge, keeping updated on developments and movements in the financial markets and industry
