They take the retention of their staff seriously and have an impressive pedigree when it comes to developing their people. You'll have the framework to become a senior paraplanner with wider team responsibilities. You can even move into planning.

But they'll be honest. Becoming a planner is achievable but over the medium-long term (3-5 years). There won't be any over-promising and under-delivering here.

As for the job itself you'll be one of 15 paraplanners providing full paraplanning support to a similar number of IFAs. You'll typically work with more than one planner - 3 is the likely number - providing variety to the cases you'll oversee. It also provides variety in relationships and the way different planners work.

The salary (up to £48,000) reflects how seriously this business takes the hiring and retention of the best talent.

It's important to know they trust their staff. They offer hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week in the office) and have flexible working between 8am and 6pm. As long as you do your hours and your core hours of 10-4, the rest is up to you. A great sign that you'll be treated as the adult you are.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You'll be level 4 qualified and have experience as a paraplanner. You don't need years and years of experience, but it will have an impact on the salary on offer.
