Are you passionate about ensuring the financial wellbeing of clients? Do you have experience in the Financial Planning industry as a Paraplanner? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and expertise!

Paraplanner Salary is up to £45,000 and the role is based in the Wokingham office 

Our client specialises in pensions and family wealth planning, offering clients personalised and situation-based advice.  As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the firms Financial Advisers to prepare recommendations and produce suitability reports. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining client records and ensuring FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of suitability reports and associated documentation

Conduct technical calculations

Produce thorough research tailored for each client

Act as a knowledge bank for technical queries

Identify missing information and collaborate with advisers and administrators

Mentor less experienced team members

Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Level 4+ Financial services qualifications

Detailed technical knowledge of Financial Services within an IFA environment

 Ability to write suitability reports with efficiency and accuracy
