Position: Paraplanner

Location: Redhill, Surrey/Hybrid Position (2 days per week working from home)

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner, CII Level 4 qualified

Salary/package: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + 24 days annual leave (increasing to 26) + Pension (5%/5%) + DIS + Private Medical + Study Support

An award-winning Chartered Top 10 IFA firm based in Surrey has begun its search for a talented and ambitious Paraplanner after promoting a member of its paraplanning team to the position of Trainee IFA. The business, in Redhill, is widely recognised as one of the best Chartered Financial Planner firms in the London/South East region. The Paraplanner vacancy is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week permitted to work from home.

THE ROLE

The Paraplanner's key duties will include:

• Undertake research which are in the client's best interests
• The careful preparation of suitability reports
• Agree client objectives with the firm's Financial Planners
• Ensure compliance within regulations is followed at every step of the client process

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for the Paraplanner vacancy must have the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner
• CII Level 4 qualified

• A base salary of up to £45,000
