Our client, one of the fastest growing IFA's in the South East, is looking to hire a additional Paraplanners to join their team. This well established business offers holistic independent financial advice and also offers in-house discretionary investment management.

As a Paraplanner, you will provide knowledgeable and technical support to the Financial Advisors with excellent attention to detail to ensure clients have all the information they need in order to review and make decisions about their investments and that providers have the correct details to carry out client instructions. You will conduct research including cashflow analysis, technical product research, producing illustrations, risk reports, investment analysis etc.

You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, organising and dealing with correspondence via telephone, email or letter, as well as attending client meetings.

You will work with the Adviser(s) to ensure client reports (suitability, annual review, meeting notes, portfolio report etc) are generated using both standard templates and producing/updating/writing more technical reports as required.

This is an exciting time of growth for the business and there is potential to take on management responsibilities of more junior paraplanners within the business.

Requirements

Level 4 CII or Diploma in Paraplanning essential

4+ years financial planning experience

Excellent administrative, research, report writing and communication skills

This role can be based in Horsham or Haywards Heath with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
