Position: Paraplanner
Location: Epsom, Surrey (1-2 days per week working from home)
Minimum Requirements: Level 4 qualified OR close to completing it
Salary/package: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus + 25 days' annual leave + pension (5%, 5%) + study support + free parking
YOUR NEW COMPANY
Our client is a well-established, award-winning boutique IFA firm based in Epsom, Surrey. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 12 months and has just started the search for a Paraplanner to join its rapidly-expanding Administration team. The role can allow for up to 2 days per week working from home.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the firm’s Managing Director, the Paraplanners’ key duties will include:
- Undertaking research to reach conclusions and recommendations for clients
- Preparation of suitability letters
- Involvement in the company’s research processes including platform due diligence
- Handling some client correspondence on behalf of the Financial Advisers
- Working alongside the Financial Advisers on advice strategies
- Using Salesforce as a back office system along with the AJ Bell platform
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the Paraplanner vacancy will have the following criteria:
- Ideally at least 1-2 years' experience as a Paraplanner
- Possess a Level 4 qualification OR close to completing it
- Ideally have Salesforce and AJ Bell experience preferred
- Live a commutable distance from Epsom
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Paraplanner role is as follows:
- Up to £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
- 25 days' annual leave
- Annual bonus
- Pension (5%, 5%)
- Study support
- Up to 2 days per week WFH
- Pathway to become a Financial Adviser
