Are you a Paraplanner with an extensive background in private client wealth management? Are you looking for a new opportunity in a boutique IFA firm but with the opportunity to step into a more senior position in the business in the future? This Paraplanner role offers a clear route of progression into an advisors role that will involve the management of an existing portfolio of clients, and new business brought in by the team. You will not be expected to perform business development functions.

My client, are an independent wealth planning practice with satellite offices across the southeast of the UK but it has it’s main offices based in London. The business has been operating for nearly 15 years and they have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are a mix of city professionals, retirees, accumulators, SME owners and families across the Greater London area. The average client has approximately £740k - £1m of assets under management and is receiving a holistic service across pensions, investments, tax planning, insurance and IHT planning. The advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of administrators and paraplanners as well as a dedicated Operations Manager and other support functions (such as marketing and IT)

Following continued organic growth, their existing advisers are very busy at the moment and need to begin servicing the new clients on their books. A new role is being created for a paraplanner who wishes to step into the role of Financial Adviser within the next 24 months in order to manage a portion of those clients, as well as taking on a number of existing clients. You are of course more than welcome to drum up some new business and convert leads and referrals. The Director is seeking a personable, charming and forward-thinking adviser who has a few years of advisory experience and is looking to service a existing bank of customers rather than aggressively seeking out new business. My client is looking for an adviser who can stay with the business for the long term and if it is of interest a route to becoming "Head of Advice" in the future.

• Salary: £45-55k - £70k OTE
• Hybrid working - 2 days home and 3 days in the office
• PMI, Pension, 25 days holiday + 3 days Christmas
