Exciting Opportunity: Paraplanning Team Manager at growing IFA firm

Are you ready to lead and inspire a dedicated team in the heart of the financial planning industry? A directly authorised IFA firm that prides itself on providing personalised financial security to its clients, is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Manager to work with the Head of operations in developing the process so they can achieve double digit growth over the next 24 months.

The salary for this role is up to £55,000, and is 5 days a week in the office.

The Role:

  • Lead a growing team of paraplanners.
  • Provide comprehensive management, including mentoring, training, and recruitment.
  • Ensure exceptional service to both planners and clients.
  • Maintain a client-first approach in all day-to-day activities.
  • Help craft the Advice process

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in an IFA support team.
  • Exceptional organisational, management, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exemplary client service.
  • You will need a technical understanding of Paraplanning
