Job Title: Paralegal - Employment Law

Location: Liverpool

Contract: Full Time, Permanent office based

About the business:
A well-established law firm is seeking to hire a Paralegal for their Liverpool office to work within the employment department. This position offers an excellent career opportunity, complete with continuous training and supervision.

If you are successful, responsibilities in the role of an Employment Paralegal include:

  • Assisting fee earners
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients across all areas of discrimination
  • Dealing with clients both in person and remotely where required
  • Attending court assisting counsel and/ or clients
  • Carrying out legal aid assessments and applications

Ideal Person

  • Efficient at prioritising heavy workloads.
  • Skilled in interacting with others.
  • Passionate about assisting clients.
  • A motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude.

To apply,candidates are expected to possess a minimum of six months' legal experience in any field of law and demonstrate a passion for employment law, including discrimination cases and HR services.
