Employment Paralegal
  • Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
  • Location: Central London
  • Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

My client is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing their own caseload and extensive tribunal experience. You will be working within a supportive team of 30 professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing legal support on a wide range of employment matters.
  • Prepare for and assist with tribunal cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice on employment law issues.
  • Liaise with clients, offering them guidance and support throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with solicitors and barristers to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal with the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Extensive experience with employment tribunals.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
