Paralegal

My client is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing their own caseload and extensive tribunal experience. You will be working within a supportive team of 30 professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing legal support on a wide range of employment matters.
- Prepare for and assist with tribunal cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice on employment law issues.
- Liaise with clients, offering them guidance and support throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with solicitors and barristers to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures.
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal with the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Extensive experience with employment tribunals.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
