Paralegal
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL - HARPENDEN REF NO: L4L1054
Our small, friendly and well-established client law firm based in Harpenden is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their structured team.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with HNW clients on both sales and purchases and have a good understanding of the Residential transactional procedures involved, generally in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, together with some experience of New Builds.
Should you have at least 2-3 years behind you in this practice area, with an understanding of the residential conveyancing procedures involved, from inception to completion and post completion to registration at HM Land Registry, then we would like to hear from you.
Case Management Systems used: Quill.
This role may also be suitable for a Law Graduate who has at least a couple of years behind them in Residential Property and who is looking to build their career further down the line with a TC.
Salary: upto £27,000pa + Pension + Insurance
Start date: Asap
Holidays: 20 days plus 4 extra + Bank Holidays.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Skills & Requirements: Paralegal, experienced in Residential Conveyancing with at least 2-3 years in this practice area. Use of Case Management Systems, helpful; must be IT Literate.
