My client is a small but well established Legal Practice based in Watford, Herts who are seeking a law graduate who would like to work as a Paralegal with an opportunity of a Training Contract.
The area’s of law they cover include:-
- Corporate and Personal Insolvency
- Litigation and Disputes
- Divorce/Family Law
- Disputes relating to Property and Probate
- Debt Advice
Reporting to the Senior Partner, you will include:-
- Manage on your own caseload
- Carry out general Admin
- Attending Court on behalf of clients
- Drafting letters and court documents
- File opening
- Anti money laundering
- Accounting
- Final sign offs
