Lisa Wright Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Spalding office of a successful law firm. We are seeking a candidate who can provide solid administrative support to the agriculture law team while displaying an appreciation of legal procedures.

Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

Fee earner task will include:

  • Producing legal documentation as required
  • Drafting basic deeds, documents and letters
  • Drafting financial statements
  • Undertaking basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters
  • Engaging in legal research as appropriate

Administrative tasks will include:

  • Efficient management of client/matter files
  • Provide administrative support as required by the team
  • Operate case management system including storing documents electronically
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e-mails
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Company’s and clients’ documentation and information
  • Monitoring compliance and Lexcel requirements
  • Assist with good financial management, as and when appropriate
  • Assist with reception of clients and arrangement of meetings

Skills Required:

  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise workload especially under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Evidence of good customer-facing skills
  • Enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work alone using initiative or part of a team.
