Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive – Property Team

Full Time

£20,000 – £25,000

My client is currently searching for an experienced paralegal or trainee legal executive to join their dynamic property team. This full-time position is based in the rapidly expanding Prescot office, where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team within a fast-paced department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Opening files
• Providing quotes to clients
• Making land registry applications
• Preparation of SDLT forms
• Updating clients on case progress
• Communicating with estate agents and other agencies
• Day-to-day assistance for the property team

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:
• Confidence and experience in assisting with residential conveyancing work.
• Competence in preparing legal documents.
• Essential experience with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
• Desirable experience with Infotrack.
• A minimum of 12 months of previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential.
• Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice is desirable.
• Well-organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
• Numerate and possess a good telephone manner.
