• The ideal Residential Property Paralegal will have a minimum of 12 months experience with a good grounding in residential property.
• You will ideally be bilingual in Chinese and English
• You will be responsible for file opening, raising invoice, day to day administration, applying for searches, post completion formalities and filing SDLT.
