Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Private Client Paralegal to join their team. This position comes with the excitement of being able to build your own department from scratch, yet having a strong team behind you supporting you along the way.

Client Details

The business have a team of qualified and extremely talented solicitors, paralegals and estate agents work closely together to provide a consistently first-class service for all clients. Based in Edinburgh, West.

Description

- Preparing legal documents, i.e. Power of Attorney, Wills, Executries etc

- Organising and maintaining own case files

- Liaising with clients in a polite, friendly and caring manner

- Meeting with clients in person or over the phone

- Conducting due diligence

- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Profile

A successful Paralegal should have-

Proven experience working as a Private Client Paralegal

- Strong knowledge of procedures

- Proficient in using case management software (LawWare)

- Excellent communication skills

- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks

- Working schedule and rate of pay negotiable

Job Offer

  • An salary range from £35,000pa to £50,000pa DOE

  • Hybrid offered after settled in role (1-2 days a week)
