My client, a pioneering start-up organisation within the AgriTech industry are in urgent need of a Paralegal, ideally with experience in IP law to join their team at an exciting time. 

Joining the company in their Oxfordshire based site, the Paralegal will be responsible for assisting my clients outsourced lawyers, drafting legal documentation including contracts, NDAs, CDAs and much more!

This is a standalone internal position and presents an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to gain experience working in a fast paced, growing company.

This pioneering start-up have developed a range of powerful platforms, that when used in conjunction with artificial intelligence, enable the discovery of new herbicides. This Oxford University spin-out company are already making waves in the AgriTech industry and with an enormous amount of financial backing are set to expand rapidly over the next 12 months!

What’s required of the Paralegal? 
 

  • Experience working as a Paralegal, ideally focused on IP Law 
  • Experience drafting contracts, NDAs, CDAs etc.
  • Highly organised and strong communication skills
